Hello and thanks for the query.

Based on the history it seems that you have severe back issues along with headache.

The possible causes that could be resulting in these signs could be due to a worsening of your herniated disc issues or aggravation of your blood pressure.

The pulsations under your chin and your head pressure could be associated with increased blood pressure in the neck and cranial blood vessels. You might check your blood pressure and in case it is high, consult with your doctor for a possible change in dosage or medication.

The severe back pain and spasm could be related to the herniated discs , for which you are probably on flexeril. In case the pain is not being helped, you might need additional prescription medications for pain, which your treating doctor can provide. In addition getting a MRI to look for any worsening or to monitor the condition might also be advisible.

Additional causes that could cause your headache and body pain would be due to allergy symptoms causing rhinitis and sinusitis. The treatment in such cases would include adequate rest, proper hydration and symptomatic treatment, including ‎antihistamines (Claritin or benadryl) to control the allergy symptoms and tylenol or ibuprofen to ‎reduce body aches and pains. ‎

In case, you develop, any severe headache, high fever, purulent (yellow greenish) expectoration, you ‎might consult a doctor who can examine and rule out any bacterial infections and treat them with ‎a course of antibiotics for a few days. ‎

I hope this helps
