Hello,
Thanks for the query
I understand your concern
Neck pain in this age could mostly related to cervical spondylosis with/without pinched nerves. This can be treated by medications if there are no clinical signs of nerve compression. The medications that may help are gabapentine, pregabaline etc along with physiotherapy. My concern is that you have history of cancer and people at this age and with history of cancer may have relapse of cancer even in bones which can cause more pain. So I advise you to get examined by a local neurologist and get a MRI scan which will clarify the picture and our guidance
Please let me know if I can help you in any way
Best wishes
