After going through your answers, I feel that this newly developed lump is due to some sort of infection, and I doubt that the lump is a swollen lymph node.
It is best to get yourself examined by a gynecologist/general surgeon to find out the exact nature of this lump.
Till that time you can apply cold compress to ease the pain and inflammation.
Based on the actual diagnosis you might need a course of prescription antibiotics and some anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen or diclofenac.
Please do consult a gynecologist/general surgeon and get yourself examined.
