Although many females get this pain during intercourse due to lack of fore play or lack of lubrication,there can be various other reasons for pain during intercourse.
These are
Vaginal infections,cervix infections,fibroids in uterus,endometriosis,ovarian cyst,pelvic inflammatory diseases,ectopic pregnancy,injury to vagina,doing intercourse soon after delivery,sexually transmitted disease and menopause.

However considering your age and having a history of painful urination,it means you may be having vaginal infection,cervical infection,pelvic inflammatory disease,endometriosis,ovarian cyst or sexually transmitted diseases.

You require a thorough examination by a gynecologist and necessary investigations to arrive at the diagnosis.
The treatment will ultimately depend upon the diagnosis.
