Penis Getting Small When Passing Stool And Urine. Is This Related To Nerve Damage Problem?

hi i am XXXXXX and my problem is that whenever i am going to poop or urinating my penis becoming so small that it is less than one inch and it is getting retracted and i think my penis has become smaller over the years and what might cause this problem can u help regarding this problem. I am masturbating for the past 10 yrs and my age is 25 and is it necessary i have to go for physical examination visiting urologist or is this is the case of erectile dysfunction of nerve damage. Please help me

First of all I want to psycho-educate regarding masturbation. Masturbation is manual stimulation of genitals in order to achieve orgasm and gratification. It is done by most of humans. It is a healthy practice though in cultural beliefs it is considered as wrong. It don't cause any harmful effect to individuals brain, power or potency. It is intact safest method to satisfy oneself. You are masturbating since last ten years and its pretty normal thing. There is no need to feel embarrassed or feel guilty about this thing.

Now coming to size of penis. First of all I would like to tell you that size of penis has no role in intercourse. Size of penis caries between individuals. Its the attitude of individual in sexual intercourse, libido and erection matters. During flaccid state size even varies between day times. Minor variation of size even occurs due to change in temperature, arousal levels, frequency of masturbation or sexual activity. Normal erected penis size range is 10-17 cms in rough estimates and it is measured from below from root of scrotum. The size is more in case of African races and in western countries it is a little less than people of Africa, while in Indian subcontinent it is slightly less than Western countries and in east Asian countries it is even lesser in size. But these are rough estimates based upon studies on small population groups. Flaccid penis size is not counted at all.

I have seen the picture you have uploaded and it is absolutely normal size for any individual. So please don't waste your time in thinking and worrying about this thing. You are absolutely normal.

But my question is that why during bowel movement why size of penis is reducing to such an extent
it seems as if it is disappearing or moving back totally into the body. Is there anything blocking blood flow or something happening internally.

See as I have mentioned already that size of penis varies with day. During bowel movement due to strain while passing feces increase in blood supply occurs to anorectal area and consequent a little decrease in supply occur in penis area which can cause variation in size. There is no need to worry, its a normal physiological phenomenon.
