Penis Have Not Grown Since Birth, Very Small But Erects And Works Well. Treatment?

The average size of the erect male penis is 5.1 to 5.9 inches. Flaccid length is a poor estimate of erect length, the average flaccid length is 3.5 in to 3.9 in.
Most of the growth occurs between age 1 to 5 and then in adolescence / teenage years.
It is thought that the final length is dependent on genetics as well as environmental factors such as exposure to chemicals (from foods, sprays and pesticides etc), culture and diet.
In terms of treatment there are different options such as:(1) surgery- this is expensive, it can work but in some men there are complications such as infection, bleeding and deformity
(2) penile expanders or stretchers-this may take a few months to have an effect. It is provided by an urologist
(3)there are pills and supplements are offered but these have not been proven to be effective, there are also no studies saying if they are safe.If you wish to try one, you should consider taking it to your doctor first to see if he or she believes it would be safe to use.
(4) there are also penile exercises that can be done. There are different types and you can choose which ones you prefer.

Undescended testes could have definitely had an impact because it would reduce the amount of testosterone present in the body.
Undescended testes needs to be corrected in childhood ,if it is left to adult hood the testes cannot grow to normal size.Even if it was corrected now, the testes would no grow to the size it should have been.
The fact that sometimes it is in the testes and other times goes up means that it is most likely retractile testes. Retractile testes are not normally treated.
In terms of testosterone and penile growth: there are receptors or meeting points on the penis for testosterone, these receptors decrease after puberty.
Testosterone would be mainly helpful in childhood and adolescence when these receptors are present.
At your age it would increase your muscles, bone density, enhance your libido but is not likely to increase the penile length, though in rare cases it can do this.
YOu can consider using it after speaking to your doctor and determining if your level is low, you may have a normal level

Low testosterone can affect sperm count. You may want to consider checking your testosterone levels to see if they are normal.
In a semen analysis test, the normal volume is 2.5 ml or greater, if the volume of semen ejaculated is greater than this amount ( 1/2 tsp) then it is normal, if you wish you can also do a semen analysis to determine if there are any issues with the semen.
In terms of the erectile dysfunction, this is a common problem.
It is normally treated with medications such as viagra, cialis, levitra which would be available by prescription from your doctor.
