Pregnant, Got Some Tests Done. Need Help To Read It

Question: Hello Dr,
My wife aged 30 is 8+ week pregnant (2nd issue, first child is normal 3.6 yrs old), recently her Dr advised her to udergo some precautionary test like Glucose, Thyroid Profile, Urine Routine, CBC and Torch IgG & IgM. All other test results are normal, only in torch IgG we noticed elevated Rubella, Cytomegalovirus and HSV result are as below, we need your advise as an expert:

Toxoplasma, IgG     0.00
Toxoplasma, IgM     0.08
Rubella, IgG     26.60
Rubella, IgM     0.27
Cytomegalovirus, IgG     156.60
Cytomegalovirus, IgM     0.13
Herpes simplex virus 1+2, IgG     2.56
Herpes simplex virus 1+2, IgM     0.37

For these infections, only elevated IgM is of concern, as raised Ig G only indicates a past infection, to which you have already acquired immunity.
The is absolutely nothing to worry about the results mentioned.
