Penile lesion - If anti fungals are not effective, antibacterial ointments like MUPIROCIN will help. Also, oral antibacterials like cloxacillin will help eradicate the lesion early.
If the above are not effective or repeat episodes occur, then circumcision will become mandatory.
For the scrotum, if anti-fungal cream is not effective, a consultation is worthwhile with a dermatologist or a urologist.
