Question: My teeth have suddenly become sensitive, the sensitivity runs right up into my nasal passages and makes me sneeze really quite violently.

Thanks for writing in.

I would like to tell you that same nerve supplies upper teeth & nose & eyes.
If there is some disorder in maxillary sinus than it may lead to sensitivity.
You might be having maxillary sinusitis.
If all teeth are sensitive than it indicates dental problem whereas if its limited to upper teeth than it will probably be sinusitis.
You need to go for anterior rhinoscopy & consult otorhinolarynologist in case you have sinusitis.
If you have generalized sensitivity than you consult dentist.
