To the best of my knowledge there is no such thing as a human growth hormone (HGH) supplement that has any clinically proven efficacy in actually raising your growth hormone levels. These supplements have only a theoretical potential to raise HGH. In practise however they are inert and useless.
Therefore, I feel on fairly safe grounds in saying this. HGH supplements are, by enlarge, natural and harmless supplements that carry no side effects non-reversible or otherwise.
There are very few drugs that do have non-reversible side effects. Proscar for male pattern balding is one and the so-called SSRI antidepressants are another. These can be exceptionally awful medications about which not enough warning is given to the consumer. They can destroy lives.
It may be of more benefit to you were you to list your symptoms and ask for possible diagnosis here on this health forum. This might yield a more useful response rather than framing your question within a fallacious premise.
