Don't worry as growth is normal
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for asking on this platform
I have gone through the detail and do understand your concern.
Short for height or short stature is defined as height less than 3rd centile for that age, sex and region.
If we plot the current height of your child on the growth chart of XXXXXXX Academy of Pediatrics it comes around 50th centile which is normal for this age and sex.
The first step of assessment of growth is to put the height and or weight of a child on the growth chart. If it is more than 10th centile or less than 90th centile further investigations are not needed as this is normal.
Although there is a long gap in history of height chart but both at the age of 5 and current age the height is normal.
In growth hormone deficiency the height will be well below the standard limits.
So you need not to worry for that.
I hope this helps.
Please let me know if you have any more questions.
