Sore Throat, Irritation, Dry Cough, Body Ache. Taken Allegra, Roxid. Allergic To Sulphar. Suggest Broadspectrum Antibiotic?

Thanks for posting your query.
From the symptoms that you have narrated it seems that you are having viral infection. This kind of problem is very common in this season. It can happen due to various reasons like cross infection from others, seasonal virus spread, food or drink.
I do not see any need for antibiotic at present.
Please do the following which should help.
>Take plenty of liquids
>Take more of hot liquids like tea/coffee/soup etc.
>Take light diet; avoid fried foods and cold drinks
>Take tablet paracetamol for body ache and headache. You can take up to 3 tablets in a day.
>Take steam inhalation with eucalyptus oil at least once a day.
>Take proper rest.
>You can continue with Allegra once a day.
You should fine in couple of days.
In case you do not improve with this and fever comes, please visit your family doctor and get your self examined.
Antibiotics should only be taken after examination by your doctor.
I hope this helps.
Please write again if you have something more to ask.
In case you do not have further query, please accept the answer.
Wishing you best of health.

Good to hear from you again.
I do not see any reason to continue roxid, you can discontinue it.
For sore throat you can do warm water salt gargles. This along with tablet paracetamol and Allergra will take care of discomfort in throat.
Normally this type of viral infection subsides in couple of days.
As written earlier if your does not subside or the problem increase, please visit your family physician.
