Hi,
Thanks for the query.
According to your description and your age there is possibility of some hormonal imbalance.
It can occur due to many causes like stress and strain, weight changes, thyroid abnormalities, poly cystic ovary disease etc.
So you once consult gynecologist, undergo physical examination and ultrasound.
After that if she suggests you can go for hormonal profile.
With this workup the possible cause for your problem can be identified and treatment can be given accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. I will be available to answer your follow up queries. If you are satisfied with all my answer, please rate the answer after closing the discussion.

So you suggest going to a gynecologist? Nothing in my life has changed, its also annoying being really irregular
Hi,
Yes, better to consult gynecologist. Sometimes hormonal changes may not manifest externally other than causing irregular periods.
