Sudafed is an OTC preparation for cold and Cipralex is a anti depressant medication. They usually does not show any drug interactions. These can be safely used for symptomatic relief of your nasal congestion.

The very rare effects when both are combined include- anxiety, irritability, crying, anger, social avoidance, headache, etc. The incidence seen is not more than 1 in 1000.

So, you can safely combine their use without worrying about the interactions.
