Sudden Appearance Of Moles All Over Chest, Back And Arms. What's Going On?

Question: I am 30 years old and have fair skin. I have always had a lot of moles but I feel like I am suddenly developing hundreds all over my chest back and arms! What is going on? Should I be scared? The Moles range from tiny freckles too big or dark brown dots but none are super black or misshaped.

Thanks for writing in.
The condition can be moles ,freckles, seborrheic keratosis etc.
Sudden appearance of seborrheic keratosis can be marker of malignancy.
But the diagnosis needs to be confirmed.

If you can upload good quality images of affected areas it can be of great help in predicting the condition.
Also I would like to know -
Is there any ulceration of skin?
Is there any bleeding /symptoms on the moles etc?
Are these on exposed areas or covered areas ?
Are the borders regular or irregular?
Are the moles flat or raised?
