Ive actually had these symptoms for three months. No one knows whats wrong. Labs look good. They just say a sinus nfection. i

In that case you may have to take a course of antibiotics.
If the symptoms are not subsiding then you may require and MRI of the Paranasal sinuses and the brain to rule out and tumour.
