i suffer from anxiety panic disorder and hypertension and am really worried
my cardio says its not a big deal

I too agree with your cardiologist that the condition you have is not serious.
The Left anterior Hemiblock (LAHB) and the Right Bundle branch block (RBBB) are impulse conduction anomalies which can affect the rhythm of the heart rate and cause symptoms.
I consider your rhythm to be normal as indicated in the above reports you mentioned above.
Also there are numerous medications which can be used when such symptomatic rhythm disturbance is noted .
