Hello and thanks for the query.
Since there are many other conditions besides muscular pain orvstrains,I would need some additional information from you to answer you properly.
Is there any history of injury or any sudden lifting of weight?
How did the pain develop?
Is there any abdominal cramping or bloody stools or diarrhea?
Is there any radiation of pain to your front side or scrotum?
Is there any burning in urination?
Do you have increased frequency of urination?
Any other symptom like fever or vomiting associated with it?
Please supply these informations so that I can proceed ahead with the discussion.
Thanks

SIR, I DO NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEM ON ALL ABOVE QUESTIONS.THIS PAIN HAS DEVELOPED AFTER I CAME BACK FROM A TOUR OF 25 DAYS.NO OTHER COMPLAIN.
Hello
It means that your back pain is most likely due to the muscle strain.
Don't lift weight.
Do local hot fomentation.
Take ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day for 5 days.
These measures should make you alright in next 5 to 7 days.
Thanks
