Suffering From Premature Ejaculation. Cure?
Thanks for using health care magic for posting your query.
I have gone through your query in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
What you are suffering is called premature ejaculation. However you have stated your experience while masturbating. The same may or may not happen while having actual sexual encounter. However I suppose you are having the same problem with the actual sexual encounter as well. There a couple of medications available which improve your ejaculation time. Paroxetine is a good drug with no significant side effect. It is available in the strengths 12.5 and 25mg. It prolongs the sexual duration.
Also you should try to spend significant period of time in the foreplay. Also try an exercise in which you have contract your anus muscles and that will lead to some sensation around your penis. This has to be done 10 times a day and will improve control over your ejaculation.
Hope I am able to solve your query.
Wish you good health.

I havent had any sexual relation till date. Some 7 moths back I had the problem of seminal leakage. It subsided with time, but then I started having nightfalls once a week even though I used to masturbate once in a week. Now I am having this problem of premature ejaculation. I do at times have night fall too. I would like to know should i go for the medication or would it get normal with time. The other query is would the problem of seminal leakage recur if i masturbate every alternate day
Thanks for the follow-up query.
If you have not had any actual sexual encounter, then your problem while masturbating may not replicate during your actual sexual encounter. You should not take medications at present and should take them only if problems show up in sexual acts.
Secondly Masturbation and nightfall are totally normal phenomenon and they are not something to worry about. If you masturbate more frequently, night fall will reduce, but both these phenomenon are normal and not to worry. It will not effect your sexual capacity in any way.
You can masturbate even daily and thats perfectly fine.
Hope I am able to help you with your query,
Thanks and regards

I heard from various sources that kegel exercises is good for strengthening the pelvic area and so I was doing the same during Monday (4 days back) afternoon. All of a sudden, I started having a weird feeling. i started having a tingling or a ticklish feeling around my groin area. This was the same feeling I had prior to seminal leakage whihc i suffered eight months back. On monday evening while playing tennis, my Racquet hit on my groin area and it was painful. But it seemd fine after sometime even though i had lower abdominal pain(slightly) along with slight back pain in the night.
From Tuesday ,I started feeling like I have seminal leakage with all symptoms other than the leakage itself (Symptoms like Burning sensation in the penis, in frequent pain the left thighs, urge for urination). When i talk to fiance, it seems to actually aggravate but then subside after sometime. I feel better after playing tennis.
I have been taking multivitamins (Complete-TD) now. I also have two cloves of garlic and a tea spoon of honey every night before sleeping. the condition is not severe, but is really distressing since i had seminal leakage already and took almost four months to recover. my doubts are
1) Should i consult a doctor or would i recover with time, if so would it again take another four months
2)Is there any special diet or medicines that i should follow for immediate recovery
3) what should i do so that this problem doesnt recur again
Thanks for the follow-up query. I would like to restate a fact that seminal leakage is a normal phenomenon and it is not an illness or a problem. It just suggests that sufficient enough semen is forming regularly in your body.
1. You need not consult a doctor. How ever if you are not convinced from what i said do visit a andrologist/sexologist/psychiatrist. He can guide you the best.
2. There is no need to recover from seminal leakage. For your groin injury, there is no specific diet. Some rest should be enough.
3. Seminal leakage is not a problem....
However if you are having burning pain and urge to urinate, it is possible that you could be having a urine test done. If required a course of antibiotics such as ofloxacin should be useful. Do take plenty of water so that all the organisms get washed out by your urination.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.

The problem is during this period of seminal leakage, i cant have erections. Whenever I seem to have an arousal, instead of having erection, I feel the urge to urinate and a burning sensation and that continues for some time. Its a feeling like not able to control the urge and sort of passing it out if i dont urinate which is followed by slight pain in the groin area. Thats why I feel its not quite normal. I heard it has something to do with weakening of parasympathetic nerves.
Thanks for the add on information. the weakening of the parasympathetic tone will never lead to the kind of pain that you are describing. From the information that you have provided, there are a couple of possibilities that can lead to this kind of problems.
1) Prostate Infection (Prostatitis)
2) Urinary Calculi (Urinary stones)
For the first possibility you need to get a Culture and sensitivity test of the seminal discharge. If at all there is an infection of prostate gland then there will be presence of pus cells and bacteria in the seminal fluid. you can ejaculate by masturbation to provide the sample.
For the next possibility, you need to get a Ultrasonography of the abdomen and pelvis to identify if there is any calculi/stone which can present with a similar problem. Sometimes you may require repeat USG for this purpose.
I am not concerned with the semen leakage as long as you are able to ejaculate atleast 2.5 ml of fluid when you masturbate. The fact which concerns me is the burning pain and the pain in the groin.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
