First of all I would like to tell you that bleeding gums indicates poor oral hygiene.

Bleeding while brushing is because of inflamed gums.

For healthy gums I am suggesting you few thing, please follow them properly-

1.Maintain good oral hygiene.
2.Brush your teeth twice daily.
3.Rinse your mouth after each meal.
4.Visit your dentist after every 6 months for regular check up.
5.Go for scaling,if needed.
6.Take plenty of water.
7.Take citrus fruits like,orange,lemon etc...
because they contain vitamin-c & vitamin-c is good for gum health.
8.Use ultra soft brush.
9.Use your brush gently while brushing your teeth.
10.Warm saline rinses 3-4 times daily.

Now for tooth paste you can use sensodyne tooth paste.

And you can use betadine mouth wash twice daily for 15 days.
