Brief Answer:
Drugs can be changed

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic

I can understand your concern. Zoloft is Sertraline and the drug is a SSRI drug. The drug is a safe drug but in 200 mg dose the drug is not resulting in improvement. In such case either the drug should be changed or doses should be increased.

Mirtazapine is one option that can be tried. The drug is a good drug for moderate to severe depression and have great efficacy. You can consult your psychiatrist for change of drugs. Another option is to augment the drugs with medicines like Bupropion. The drug helps to augment conventional antidepressants and help to reduce depression symptoms. Please ask your psychiatrist for detailed prescription. With these drug changed your symptoms will improve.

Thanks, Hope this helps you, if you have more doubts you can ask again.
