Question : is there a drug which can replace beladonna for ibs

have had to use tylenol 3 for pain as had no other medication

There is a drug called Rifaximin (xifaxan or rifagut adult dose- 400mg) which acts like " belladona" to relieve abdominal pain due to IBS..Apart from drugs,give importance to diet and mental health which is main contributing factor for the syndrome.
