Question: I have a new physician about two years and I used to be on 2 10 mil Ambien. This doctor says 10 is the highest he can go -- but my last doctors were okay with my taking 20 mil-- I'm having a hard time expressing that it takes 20 mil. for me. I have been on Ambien 20 yrs How do I Express My Need to stay w/ two 10 mg pills per night? I see him tomorrow and not that fond of his bedside mannerisms
