Febuxostat.

Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
If we talk about treatment of high Uric acid or Hyperuricemia then, alternative to Zyloric(Allopurinol) is Febuxostat. Febuxostat has the same mechanism of action but is better tolerated, considered safe in Kidney and Liver dysfunction if associated.
I personally use Febuxostat to treat my patients of Hyperuricemia.
