Suggest An Alternate Medicine For Silverex Cream Used For Burnt Skin

Question: Hello Dr.
My hand skin has burnt by oil. It took 1 month to recover from wound. During my treatment I used silverx cream on burnt skin. Now , there is a big scar in my hand and dr. Is saying that this scar will not go as your wound took more than 15 days to heal. So this scar will not go.
So, can you pls confirm which cream I should use to get rid from this scar?

Contratubex and aloevera

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query and photograph.

This scar can be reduced in appearance.
Apply Contratubex cream at night and Aloevera in morning.
Do this for 3 months.

The scar will substantially heal and there will be only pigmentation left.

This pigmentation then can be treated with the use of skin lightening cream like Depiwhite to be applied for another 2 months daily at night.
