I have had many patients with SIADH secondary to sertaline after literature search I had found that Mirtazapine is the ideal drug to be given in SIADH, please approach your psychiatrist with my recommendation.

suffering with insomnia what can help me i have to take way more otc drugs or two ambien i know this isnt healthy but i dont know what to do

In my experience Tab Zolpidem is one good drug for insomnia. It helps to induce and maintain sleep, there is also very little fear of dependancy and morning drowsiness compared to alprazolam.
I prescribe my patients Zolpidem 5mg at night and increase it to 10 if required.
