Brief Answer:
estrogen therapy may help
Detailed Answer:
Dear member,
Thanks for writing.
Your mother is experiencing symptoms of menopause. Usually symptoms of surgical menopause are more severe than natural menopause.
The symptoms she is experiencing are called hot flushes. She needs estrogen replacement therapy. But as estrogen in elderly is associated with other risks detailed heart examination breast examination ,Mammogram,
Papsmear are to be done.
Please consult a Gynecology specialist for all pros and cons .
Usually within few weeks good results can be expected. Also she should increase
"soya "consumption in form of powder , granules in food as it contains natural estrogen.
Also Tab "calciflavone "should be taken regularly.
Also antidepressants to be continued.
Hope this was helpful.
You can write or call back for any further query.
Thanks

Some of the symptoms like insomnia are relieved with alprazolam.
She can take duloxetine. 40 mg (available as duzela). But these drugs take a while to act. Besides combination of multiple drugs can cause excessive sedation which is dangerous.
You can also consider taking her to an exclusive tertiary mental health centre like NIMHANS in XXXXXXX where diagnosis and treatment is better.
