However, the black spot would remain an not disappear. There is no need for any special ointment. Keeping it clean, staying well hydrated by drinking much water would be enough.. Also, is this the first time he is having a sunburn or did he spend severals hours in the sun? Is he taking any medications that may explain this? In all, there will be no scar tissue formation because he has no open wound. The spot would remain and he needs no special ointment to prevent scar tissue formation.
