Brief Answer: details below Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for writing to us. Topical creams that can be used to get rid of fine lines under the eyes are vitamin c, vitamin K, retinol based creams. Hyaluronic acid based and pepetide based creams keep the skin well hydrated and also reduce fine lines. Retino A is tretinoin based cream and can help in reducing fine lines. However it has higher irritant potential than another vitamin a derivative which is retinol. Thats why its preferred over tretinoin. My advise would be to use a good hyaluronic acid based moisturiser in morning and apply a small blob of retinol or tretinoin in night. As you are quite young, you should have good response with medicines alone. For people with deep lines we prefer botox. I would appreciate if you could attach a pic of your under eye lines as that would help me in giving a more personalised treatment. Hope this helped. Take care.

Brief Answer: details below Detailed Answer: Hi, Thanks for sending me the required image. Your undereye area is slightly puffy and wrinkled. In this case it would be better if you prefer a cream containing vitamin c and Haloxyl. It would not only nourish the undereye area but also reduce puffiness and lines. Let me know where you reside, then only I might help with brand easily available in your city/country of residence. Take care
