Question: I enjoy a breakfast of watermelon, cantelope, strawberries, blue berries and Dannan Light and Fit Greek Yogurt. I am trying to lose weight - is there too much sugar in the above?
What food can I pair with blueberries to lower the glucose?
Watermelons and canteloupe are also high in sugar - is that a problem?

You can eat fruits which are low in Glycemic Index ( GI ) and Glycemic load (GL).
Watermelon and cantaloupe have a high glycemic index with a low glycemic load which means that you can take them in small amounts.
Along with the low calorie, low GI and low GL food , you should also exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes. It should be of moderate intensity which means that when you exercise the heart rate should go upto 100 beats per minute at your age.
You should also relax and practice stress relieving measure.
