Question: Doctor,
I am much better now.
1.But as u told to check bp every 2 weeks i am very scared what if bp is still the same
2.do u have clinic in XXXXXXX
3.i am taking bcosules tablet for general well being should i take for 10 days or 20 days

Hi and thanks again for your query.
I will answer your three questions
1. three readings are required for diagnosis of hypertension to be made. This one will be second reading. Let me know the reading. Even if a diagnosis of hypertension is made, still you have to try diet and exercise for atleast 3 months before starting medicines.
2. I am currently pursuing my MD in XXXXXXX So I dont have a clinic in XXXXXXX
3. Becosules are water soluble vitamins and can be taken as long as you want. But if you are not deficient in these vitamins (as suggested on blood tests) then 10 days is more than enough.
