Question: My doctor gave me Dexedrine for fatigue - it caused me to have heart palpitations so my counselor told me to stop it immediately. I have been off of it for five days and I am really fatigued and depressed. At night time I take 120 ml. Cymbalta for sleep along with half a Zoplicone. Please help me; I can't get off the couch, and I should be working.
Thank you

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HCM: Sorry to hear about your troubles getting your mood and insomnia is check. Please note that the cymbalta and most antidepressants take a long tome to work, and even then, the dose is increased before changing to another class of antidepressants, what I fear is that the zoplicone is lasting longer than you would like mixed with the cymbalta causing your fatigue during the day. I would suggest frequent visits with one doctor and probably talking to a psychiatrist as it seems that you may need close titration and monitoring of your medications. I hope this helps and good luck.
