Brief Answer:
Sure mam, you need to continue all.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Your first query, regarding continuation of medicine, then I would say, certainly you need to continue because whatever problems you had are not curable but they can be kept under control with medicine so once you discontinue those medicine all your problems recur. My sincere advice is to continue.
Secondly you mentioned about bypass, I guess you must have underwent angiography prior to this, if angiography is showing multiple vessel significant blockages then you need bypass as a first choice and if one or two vessel are involved then Stenting is required. But one need to weigh risk of bypass in old age, it will be your personal decision after discussing with surgeon.
In general you should have a healthy lifestyle like avoiding fatty, oily and high calorie diet. Have low salt diet and monitor blood pressure regularly. Regular exercises like brisk walking, or just walking according your capacity atleast 30 min a day and 5 days a week. Lots of green leafy vegetables, fruits, fish once or twice a week, avoid meat. Avoid smoking and alcohol if any. There shouldn't abdominal fat deposition or obesity. Get your lipid profile and sugars tested once.
