Brief Answer:
Need to monitor Blood Pressure.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Thanks for posting your query.

Well first of all nothing to panic. Metoprolol is a blood pressure lowering medicine . Any overdose of that can reduce your blood pressure and if there is significant reduction in blood pressure that can cause problems .

I recommend you to get your blood pressure checked every 6th hourly for next 48 hours and avoid taking tomorrow's dose of Metoprolol. If in case your blood pressure goes less than 90/60 mm hg then you need to get admitted for observation and need to get Intravenous fluids.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask.

Regards
