Suggest Dosage For Tramadol
Question: Hi I am currently on 2 x 200 er Tramadol per day, my doctor has decided to give me 2 x 50 er Tapentadol. Is this an equivalent dose because it is not working.

Since, your pain is not settling with the current dose, it needs to be increased as upto 4-6 oral drug intake with 100 mg strength is allowed maximally, but as a precaution, to stay in the safer limits, it can be increased to 50mg, 6 hourly at this moment after discussing with your GP.
