Brief Answer:
dont take duphastan ....explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to hcm,
Before taking the pills i would like you to make sure that your pregnancy test is negative , to be on a safer side. If this is an inevitable abortion which even you may not be aware about then bleeding is likely to be heavy. So firstly get a urine pregnancy test done . If negative then you can opt for TAB TRANEXAMIC ACID ( antifibrinolytic) which can decrease the flow of bleeding instead of duphaston which is a pure progesterone. Progesterone at this stage would unnecessarily cause irregular bleeding and spotting during day 8- day 22 i.e in the mid cycle due to its initial withdrawal effect and you would be stressed unwantedly.
Antifibinolytic like TAB TRANEXAMIC ACID 500mg should be taken thrice a day for next 3-5 days to reduce the flow and then stop if your menstrual flow is in excess. It is safe and free from side effects, you need to be well hydrated as excessive blood loss can leave you fatigued , tired and often dizzy spell may occur.
You can discuss the option with your local physician and take an informed decision.
Regards
