Brief Answer:
Dose is proper for your child
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
Meftal P syrup contains mefenamic acid in the dose of 100 mg/5 mL.
Usually the dose of meftal p is 5 to 8 mg per kg per dose every 8 hours.
So for a child of 11.1 kg, 6.5 ml seems to be the right dose to be continued as required, at 8 hrly intervals.
Hope that helps.
