Question: Dear Dr XXXXXXX I am having thyroid problem since 4 months, now from 2 months it has come to normal. They have told to take calcium tablets daily and also told to take vitamin d syrup once in a month. Is it necessary to have calcium tablet daily and vitamin D once in a month.
