Brief Answer:
Please find details below

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

We do not give prescription online however you can consult your doctor near you and take prescription for few emergency medicines that you can carry during travel

1. Paracetamol is an essential medicine and helps in common situations like mild fever and headache.

2. Telekast can be taken in required quantity for your seasonal allergy..

3. Please get a prescription for medicines like pantoprazole and domperidone combination which might help in gastritis. It is to be taken 30 minutes before food and will help if you get gastritis and vomiting.

4. Carrying ORS packets is good in case you have dehydration due to weather, diarrhea and vomiting. For mild diarrhea you can also have tablet SPORLAC DS which is an over the counter medicine to stop mild diarrhea and taken three times daily for 5 days.

5. Please take prescription from your doctor for emergency antibiotics like ciprofloxacin and metronidazole for acute severe diarrhea and take as recommended.

6. Ointment and spray for muscle pain like volini or relaxyl can also be carried. Carry a first aid kit to treat small injury.

7. Please take health insurance for major illnesses.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.
