Suggest Fluoride Free Toothpaste
Question: Hello. A dermatologist recommended that I use a toothpaste without flouride as it may be irritating my skin when it comes in contact with it. Is this ok. Dont they help protect against cavities and tooth decay. Is there anything I can substitute? Thanks

If you use Fluoride free medicated toothpaste and maintain a good Oral hygiene and follow regular dental checkup every 6 months then you will not suffer from decayed teeth and you will be very much fine..
So do not worry and switch to Fluoride free toothpaste..
Along with it start gargling with antiseptic mouthwash..
Drink plenty of water..
You will be perfectly fine..
