Question: I have very little body hair and this has allays bothered me
Is there any gene therapy out there that can change my genetics so that i can grow chest hair etc

I am so sorry to hear about this worrying thoughts related to little body hair. Unfortunately, there is no therapy that can help with this at this time. There are also no very effective medications that can help grow body hair. I will recommend you try to come to terms with the amount of hair you have. It is not a disease and only represents the diversity we have among humans. Hairy is not better than not hairy. Unfortunately, the medical community cannot change your genes to help with this.
