Hi! Stay relaxed as if it had been some serious issue it would have bothered you more until now instead of mild itching however get yourself examined by an ENT specialist and if needed foreign body removal on upper gastric tract can be attempted if confirmed by the same specialist. Regards.

                                    Brief Answer:
Needs radiographs and may need laryngoscopy
Detailed Answer:
Hi! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through.
Based on the history you have shared, one thing is quite satisfying that patency of airway isn't effected since so many days have passed woth no apparent difficulty in breathing pattern but if some remnant is still impacted ot may be cause of future trauma since symptoms you have shared, can't be ignored so it is better to consult an ENT specialist and have radiographs of neck done both from anterior and lateral views as it may reveal any impacted foreign body if object is radio opaque. Even soft tissue shadows and signs of swelling or inflammation may also be appreciated even from Xray films.
ENT specialist may ask for indirect laryngoscopy and that may help him diagnose and even if some foreign body is appreciated in the prirform recess which is most commonly involved area he may be able to remove it once and forever. Meanwhile try to take fluids more frequently and soft and large bolus of foods may help to clear the throat. For temporary relief you can use OTC analgesics like acetaminophen Meanwhile.
Wishing you a speedy recovery. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
