Question: my daughter is 9 months old and her weight is 8.2 kg. how much should I give her 'Feris' iron supplement? please advise

Does she have a documented iron deficiency or anemia
Do you have any lab work suggesting iron
deficiency such as Hb , transferrin. TIBC. Peripheral smear.

last week during her monthly check up, her doc advised to give her feris drops. I'm not able to contact him now.

Hello again.

Elemental iron recommended daily allowance is 11 mg per day in a baby who is 6 to 12 months old.

So

If the product you mentioned contains 5 mg ferrous sulphate per each ml then 1 ml can be given twice a day.
