Detailed Answer:
Hello ,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I read carefully your query.

The drugs you are taking don't have any major interaction between them so you can use them together.
For some drugs there is a better moment during the day to take them in order to be completely effective i.e :
-Omeprazole is more effective if taken in the morning 1 hour before the breakfast
Metoprolol is better taken with a meal or just after you eat.Take it at the same time every day.
Aspirine can be taken at any time but is recommendable to take it at bedtime.
Montelukast is usually taken once a day at evenings (with or without food)

Atorvastatin and Sertraline can be taken with or without food but should be taken at the same time every day.
Loratadine and Acyclovir can be taken with or without food at any time of the day.

So I will recommend to take Omperazole in the morning 30 min-1 hour before breakfast.
After the breakfast you can take Metaprolol ,Loratadine ,Acyclovir.
After the lunch you can take Atorvastatin and Sertraline at the same time every day.

In the evenings take Montelukast and Aspirine at bedtime.

Even if you take the drugs at different time ,there won't be any major problem.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you need further help.

Kind regards,
Dr.Rovena Murati
