Regarding chemotherapy treatment can be given or administered in a number of different schedules. This depends on the particular type of cancer and the particular type of chemotherapy medication.

There are multiple chemotherapy regimens which are given every other week. Also some regimens are given every three weeks. In addition there are some chemotherapy regimens which are administered on a weekly basis.

Again this all depends on the type of cancer and the particular drugs in the chemotherapy regimen.
