Brief Answer:
Reports needed

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
Can you upload the X-rays if possible so that I can advise you better.
According to the description given by you it seems like the procedure could not be completed properly so it will be better in case you get it repeated from some other place.
Second possibility is absence of uterus altogether or a transverse vaginal septum which will be evident in examination by a gynaecologist.
So if possible send me the X-rays so that j can advise you better.
Regards
Dr Manisha.
