Ultrsound Of Lower Abdomen Shows Intramural Myoma At Fundal. Meaning ?

Helo doctor I did my ULTRASOUND for LOWER ABDOMEN ( PELVIS ) yesterday and the result showed Ultrasound of Pelvis done under 2 Dimensional color Doppler Uterus measures 7.2 x 4.0 x 5.2 cm vol 83 ml Posterior wall of the uterus shows a Intramural myoma at fundal measuring 2 cm Uterine contour normal. Uterine cavity echodemonstrated. Endometrium measures 0.46 cm Right Ovary measures: 2.2 x 2.5 x 2.4 cm vol 7 ml Left Ovary measures: 2.4 x 2.2 x 2.7 cm vol 7 ml. Doctor what is the intramural myoma? Is the report normal? Pls give me ur suggestion doctor

It is a kind of benign tumor that arouse spontaneously in the uterus...there is nothing to worry about...by a simple operation, it is removed completely without any complication.
