Brief Answer:
This single natural supplement will stop the fatigue. 100%.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX XXXXXXX XXXXXXX

Thanks for giving me an opportunity to solve your problem forever.

"THE LAW OF OVERCOMING FATIGUE" - "a side effect of many medications taken @ the same time, for many different reasons, particularly in your health issues."
___________________________________________________________________
"Take Vitamin E, low dose 1 capsule, in the morning, after breakfast with other medications, whatever they were, are or may be in the near and distant future."
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is because of drug interactions in your system between something called as
"cytochromes" that are present all over your body. These obviously will cause
you even more fatigue. Think about it, try it, now. It's harmless, solves most
fatigue issues quite rapidly. Many people just like yourself, tried this Vitamin, and found eventually that their fatigue was lowered to a great extent, as
desired.

Furthermore, as you have explicitly asked for information on medications, and
were probably hoping for a supplement to empower your existing medications,
and reducing the fatigue that you experience.

Amongst all the medications , Vitamin E stands out as the cheapest, safest, best of all because it is not a drug, but a vitamin and a health tonic and correctly
taken, actually even slows down the aging process, with other health benefits.

Finally, try it for at least a week, if after 2 weeks, you do not overcome fatigue
effects, kindly post me a question back as I have carefully examined your case and I can give you the next best choice, a medication that is just like Prozac, just different, with different side effects, that I do not want you to go through,
So, Kindly try Vitamin E.

Dear Dr. Kudchadkar,
Thank you for your reply After reading it, I think I may have inadvertently given you the impression that I was suffering fatigue as a side effect of one or more of the medications I'm taking. I believe that my problem with fatigue is becauseI I have advanced sarcoidosis of my lungs. My oxygen intake level is quite compromised. Last year I "failed" the "6 minute walk around the office test" my pulmonary doctor gave me.
I consider myself very blessed...the sarcoid has stayed only in my lungs, and even after 9/11/2001---i lived in NJ right across the river from the Twin Towers---when my 15 years of mild sarcoid ended, and started to "explode" into the advanced and sometimes debilitating condition it is now, I am still alive.
For the last 3 years I have taken many steps to improve my health. I follow the Forks Over Knives diet. I take vitamins and supplements especially anything anti-inflammatory such as Vitamin C, Alpha Lipoic Acid, N-AcetylCystine, etc.
I am thinking about of adding a low dose of an anti-axiety med such as Buspar to help the dextroamphetamine's focusing effects work more efficiently which may allow me to reduce the dosage. What are your thoughts?

Brief Answer:
Strattera, the XXXXXXX of a new era in your life.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX

It's so great to hear from you. It's a pleasure to work with an educated person armed with the cutting edge of information.

You have an absolutely fantastic insight into the core of the problem.

You are right as dextroamphetamine, has many problems, associated with it. Firstly it is highly addictive drug. Secondly when it wears off, a person "crashes".
It's unpleasant and you might want to avoid such valleys of highs and lows.
You have a no fault issue. You are faultless. It's just the way the drug is.

The fact that you wish to reduce the dose shows that you are not a person who takes "dex" for a high, rather you take it because you need it for a specific reason: Focusing.

In many states "Dex" is sold illegally in the form of "meth" and a couple of nasty things.

You are obviously not from that crowd. Pious, almost.

OK. So what can we do now. Here's help! Finally.

I am requesting you to switch from "dex" to a low dose say 10mg a day
of strattera (atomoxetine). This "atom" is a totally smooth medicine. It is
very inexpensive, and has no addiction (potential) or highs and lows.
Kids take it so you are safe.

Atomoxetine produces a continuous state of sustained focus for hours on end.
It does not increase weight, nor does it make you sleepy.

This medicine produces a state of "relaxed alertness" You are relaxed, but alert at the same time. It fits like a lock and key to your problem.

You are fixed. Hmmm... Buspirone has to be taken at 20mg to get any real effect. Well... at that dose you feel dizzy, like you're about to faint or fall.
Think about it. It's pretty rough. Atomoxetine is smooth as silk.

All my patients are very happy with it. As you will be. soon.

I'd love to send you a prescription, but well.. our website will offer such services
in the near future. So, As yet. :(

Please try it.

I want you to feel better. So, get back to me after it works. Yes.

Thanks, Have a fantastic day. :)
