Suggest Medication For Backache And Leg Pain Despite Taking Painkillers

Question: i have a bad back and take medication for it now the pain runs down my leg i have a hard time getting comfortible the pain meds arent helping the pain running down my leg any suggestions maybe some kind of cream for pain
