Suggest Medication For Depression And Anxiety Along With Pain And Constipation
Question: A kind of depressive disorder ya Somatoform disorder complaining feeling constipation,pain,anxiety and depression etc.. Cud u please suggest any medicine? The problem is with my uncle and he is not ready to see any doctor and totally denies to take any medicines..

From the available description it appears that your uncle is suffering with psychosis in which insight is absent. Insight stands for awareness of illness. Because of absence of insight person with illness denies any problem with them and refuse to take medication.
Sometime they also believe that others are against him and have plan to harm/kill him by use of medication.
In such cases it is better to keep on depot preparation of medicines. Currently many of the medicines are available in depot preparation whose effect lasts for 15 days. In the depot the medicine is injected deep intramuscularly and it released from there slowly for next two to four weeks.
For your information I like to tell you that depot preparation of risperidone is available with brand name risperdal consta. In case you find it too expensive cheaper drugs like Flupentixol or fluphenazine with brand name of Fluenzo and Prolinate is available respectively .
You can talk to your doctor for option of depot injections of various drugs for long term management of his psychosis.

I'm a psychology student and how about giving a combo of duvanta, clonazepam, opipramol in any diluted form with food? as such we have been continuing with respiradon oral without his knowledge.( mixed in food preferably in night)

Patients denial to take medicine is strongly against the somatoform disorder. In my knowledge none of the somatoform patient deny absence of illness despite finding everything normal on various tests.
Giving without his knowledge is good option but many times patient refuses to take food or drink leading to wastage of medicine and increases the chance of relapse.
